we need deferred letter of credit for 180 days

We need DLC . Receiver is ready need confirmation from DLC provider. No
upfront pls. DLC fees will be paid by the DLC receiving bank after
receiving a Draft Copy of the Non Operative DLC ( Deferred Letter of
Credit/DLC pre-advice ( via bank to bank swift)
from providing bank to receiving bank. Means after receiving fees non
operative DLC will be operative
