We are company group to do the home village, now we have planning to build the elder village that supports elder age for the rest of life. 100 comfort rooms for the elderly who favor to have community of same age. They will have support center to make their life better with nice activity. The 1st phase will build up in urban area of Bangkok. We need the investor for 1st phase for 10M -15M USD. The return by 10% each year by 10 years.

It is quite interesting.The projects for such noble cause should always get preference and this can very well form part of CSR of multinational firms located in Thailand particularly those involved with real estate activities. The high returns offered by the project owners should be another added attraction.
