The sale price of the restaurant is $400K USD. The seller is requesting a down payment of $160K. I am looking for funding for the $160K down payment which I can put 10% down. The restaurant is in a great location and makes good profit and continues to increase. I would like to own this business to further the economic development of Aruba and serve the people with good food and employment.
