What is SmartWay Recruitment I hear you ask? and how can we help?
Well here's how it works, we are a recruitment company with a difference, our mission is to change the recruitment process FOREVER and what we want to do is create a completely new platform for recruiters/companies to be able to fill the vacancy within their organisation and in return offer a internship, apprenticeship, work experience placement to our candidates or by paying a placement fee which will help us continue our work! In most cases saving them money on any HR budget they have and helping the people we're working with to gain VALUABLE experience to put on their CV! Its a WIN WIN! And in some cases actually be able to test out how working in a certain role would be, before setting off on a 2-3-4... year degree!
