We want to open a IT Support Center to provide
IT technical support for major operating systems and common software application.

Trough this we will be able to manage all aspects of your systems without or minimal user interruption.

A mix of people, hardware and software will be available to resolve problems through the most common models:

Remote Control:
IT management through remote control.
Repair or install a new OS, troubleshoot applications.
Resolve client issues with minimal or no user interruption.

Chat/ Email:
Write the problem that you have and we'll solve, or we will guide you in the right direction to solve the problem

Phone
If your internet connection is broken and this is the only way to contact us you will be guided to solve the problem by phone.


Unless you are an expert in computers, trying to diagnose and repair the problem can be frustrating, and in most cases unnecessary time consuming.

Through this project we will be able to maintain, fix computer operating systems, advanced troubleshooting of common software applications,operating system data back up, and offer everyone a network support infrastructure that only big corporation can afford.
