Maintenance contract / timber windows with a 50 year guarantee (Accoya)

I am looking for Investment to finance the maintenance contract
Of a very large Yorkshire based hospital
We already have small contracts with the hospital but can get the main contract
The hospital prefer the standard we produce but are aware of our financial limitations
Like most large corporations a 60 day invoice is mandatory
I have a fully equipped workshop (needs some update for windows)
I also want to manufacture timber windows with 50 year guarantee (Accoya)
The investor could be a partner. Working from a new company
At present I work mainly on bespoke timber windows and doors
But have ran a larger operation
