LYNK Capital Fund 1 was founded on the belief that opportunities exist to create excellent investment returns by bridge lending on, and making principal investments in, commercial and residential real estate across a variety of property types.
The Fund focuses on small balance commercial and real estate investment loans and opportunistic real estate based assets of $3 Million or less, from Maryland to Florida. All loans are backed by a first lien on marketable real estate and include a viable and documented plan that will allow the loan to be paid off within a 2 year term.
