Profitable Tech Research & Development- Looking for Investment of US$ 100,000 with ROI of 40%-50% per year

We, Globe Geosolution Private Limited, have already developed successful prototypes of some unique products & solutions related to Artificial Intelligence System, Geospatial Web Based 3D Mapping Solution, Unique Software to have Petroleum Resource Management, Optimization of Renewable Energy Solutions- Mainly for Solar and Wind.

Now we are looking for investment of US$ 100,000 to make these prototypes commercialized and this investment will give ROI of 40%-50% per year or, we are also interested to provide our 10% stake to investor.
