I hope the day finds you well,
I’m currently looking for an investor to assist in renovating a vacant foreclosed home I purchased last December. I had an issue with the local bank for funding, because of unforeseen circumstances on the banks end.
However, I’m looking for an investor who is willing to lend the entire or at least 80% of the renovation costs. I would like this loan to be interest based, but willing to hear any offers on the table.
This home is a 2 story 1990sq ft, 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a basement. The property sits on one of the best streets in Jackson, Ohio. I have estimates of $30,000- $40,000 to rehab this home, including, new roof, windows and doors, rewiring, new flooring, bathroom and kitchen, some drywall needs to be repaired.
I’m going to consider any offer I’m approached with and go over the agreement with my local attorney; I hope to speak with you soon about a possible business deal.
Thanks,
Amanda Blankenship
