Hello sir. There are Project in Sofia , Bulgaria , attractive location (60000 residential built-up area). Would you like to finance it.The plot is in a mixed area. Realized turnkey (450 × 60000 = 27 million euro). Market price (over 51 million euvo).I Search an investor for JV. I want to become partners in my firm 50/50 Grand Build Engineering LLd. (IC -BG201 804 531 for Investment in real estate project financing 50/50). You give 50%. I obtain other 50% of UniCredit Bulbank. Thanks.
