Safety Invention

I am offering a proposal for my Auto Safety Pad invention.
What I want is to get a investor to invest in my safety invention.
I will be willing to offer 75% of the Auto Safety Pad or even 100%
but I want the first one produced and a patent for display.

The Auto Safety Pad will save a lot of lives nation wide and will
also drive down the high cost of auto insurance.
