We are a new Real estate Investment Company specialized in commercial real estate in Europe and USA.
We are seeking equity/debt funding for the company and acquisitions.
Current acquisitions:

*Portfolio of 8 properties in Austria, Long term lease, NNN, 9.2% yield
* Hotel in Austria, 8.8% Yield
* Porfolio of 3 logistic centers in Germany long leases, NNN, 7.3% yield
* Wallgreen USA, long lease ,NNN, 8.2% yield
* Dialysis centers in USA, Long lease, NNN, 8.1% Yield

More properties are being negotiated at present.

We seek 10-15mn Euro
