A one-stop shop with the benefits of companionship, learning and traveling all in one providing both extraordinary personal and commercial service with great profit potential using a stair-step plan of action providing an income base from the simple to the complex.

My name is Timothy Mark Wachholz and I am proposing the funding for a business plan involving the aspects of travel, education and transportation (T.E.T.) called the T.E.T. Triangle Development Plan in which a web based platform involving social connecting and companion traveling along with the aspect of needed tutoring. I am also proposing the development of a WIG craft transport route from (1) Colon, Panama to (2) Puerto Limon, Costa Rica to (3) Bloomfields, Nicaragua to (4) Corn Island, Nicaragua to (5) Providencia Island, Colombia using it both as a tourist transport service as well as an import / export service route. This will help maximize the profit potential of the service route listed.

There is the other hope that a new type of transportation will be funded and built involving the combined functions of a paddle boat, a trike and a semi-submersible for both tourist and commercial use. This is a component that will depend on the success and interest of the above mentioned plans along with the interest received from potential buyers for this product. The primary goal is the successful and profitable operation of the web site and transport service having both investors and customers feeling satisfied, happy and greatly rewarded for their participation. I am an honest man with a good heart willing to put in the hard work. I am professional, reliable and I do like to do a fantastic job.

I am in need of 100% lending company funding or interested investor(s) funding in which either loan fees need to be taken out from the loan amount given with collateral provided from an outside source or an investor willing to fund the project and me as just the "service manager" with me receiving a "base pay + commission based" income for my involvement and idea. I know that I am asking for a lot but am greatly wanting to improve my life for the better and with a work agreement contract, hope to be realizing my dream and being able to be a good provider in life for family and home. I believe there is great profit potential with advantages offered by my idea that are not present in existing related operations at the moment.
