Business Summary: We are a company who provides a private local club for members to get behind the wheel of their favorite cars without the cost of ownership. Whether it is exotics, muscles or classics, we allow our members the driving experience on all the cars in our fleet using a points system. We also host events year around such as rallies, fashion shows, happy hours, track days, and racing events around the world.

Product/Services: You use the cars and we take care of everything that car owners hate to do and pay for, including storage, maintenance, insurance, tax and detailing. A variety of cars will allow members to switch from the many different classes of vehicle whether you choose to drive an exotic, classic, or muscle car and will deduct points based on which car was used, when and for how long.

Customer problem: A car is one of the worst assets an individual can have. Whether you lease or purchase vehicle you will always be losing money. There are also plenty of headaches that come with the cost of ownership and will be limited to one car. Our company solves these issues by you only having to deal with what any car enthusiast loves of driving any car in our fleet at your convenience and leaving the rest to us.
Target market: After research, we have concluded there is plenty of room for growth locally for such company due to such a thriving market. Our main idea of sharing our cars to members in the club is something that is revolutionary to the automotive industry and is gaining more and more popularity. Miami is a city where people love to boast all the glitz and glamour lifestyle, which makes this the perfect niche for a business like ours.

Customers: We foresee a majority of our members to be between the ages of 30 and 50 and mostly male. However, we do invite and accept individuals outside the majority to be members as well. We plan to reach out to young professionals, celebrities, and business executives to become members. Our marketing strategy appeals directly to these individuals mentioned in the target market.

Sales/Marketing strategy: Memberships goes beyond being able to drive the cars. We host a calendar of events throughout the year. Events include car rallies, food/wine tastings, fashion shows, racing events, and karting league that is what members find the most value in. Tara Ink will handle all of the company's branding, social media, public relations and other marketing techniques. We believe the better relationships you build with people the more loyal they will be.

Business model: Our main revenue comes from selling memberships but we also have side revenue from renting our clubhouse for events and the calendar of events that we host. We will be constantly rotating our fleet of cars to minimize depreciation of our cars and keep members interested in something new. When a member runs out of points they can always purchase more points and renewing memberships.

Competitors: Local competitors to us are local car rentals as well as Gentleman Drive who has a similar company but exclusively for the exotics and the ultra-wealthy and a limited amount of members. They also don't have the social events associated with membership. On a more global scale other companies with a similar concept are Classic Car Club, Club Sportiva, Ecurie25, and Gotham Dream Cars. None of these are located in Miami.

Competitive advantage: We allow members to drive and discover cars that have had impact to the automotive world. We offer amenities such as an entertainment lounge to have social gatherings. Members do not need to worry about the headaches that come with ownership of a single vehicle such as service and maintenance. Instead of making a monthly payment for one vehicle, the membership fee allows unlimited use of all vehicles in the club and full access to our facilities.
