SISO Utah has 813 acres of land bordering the entire slope length of a US World Class Ski Resort.
We are currently selling acres for just $10,000 with similar land selling for 5 to 10 time. We are a land program that will JV with an adjoining piece of land to form a 2400 acre collective to sell onto a master resort developer over the next 2 to 3 years for tenfold return.
The Ski Resort has announced phase one approval of a massive development that will further lift our land and attract more developers.
Recent sales of in developed land in the area ranged from $400,000 per acre to $2,300,000 per acre.
