Quest has had several program systems built about 15 years ago and several are still involved for financial institutions in assisting management and operations. The banking industry has shrunk somewhat but these systems, if updated and improved, will be good prospects for a world wide market. Banks are not the only market it was just where we started. For example, our Purchasing Management and Inventory Control Systems was first used by Financial Institutions as well as Pier #1 Imports for many years, The Records Retention System is used by records storage vendors. These are just two of the systems that need updates. The Police Equipment Tracking System is designed for police departments and has a very large potential if upgraded and improved specifically for that market. This is a world wide market as well and may be used by any agency or government to track sensitive assets forever.
The business plan for Quest discusses upgrades for all of these systems and others not mentioned here. Since the systems have already been used or in use, the improvements will come from experience and needs of users.
