EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Whole Com Corporation is a NV S Corporation formed 21 months ago. It is a Whole Community of Solar companies that services the Commercial, Finance, Residential and Consulting aspects of the Solar Industry. Whole Com focuses on Commercial Solar Development & Consulting (large projects with medium and long term cash streams) and has operations in CA, AR, GA & Mexico. It has majority stakes in smaller Solar businesses (short term cash income companies) in the fields of Financing & Residential Solar Installation subsidiaries.

INDUSTRY
The Solar market in the US is at a pinnacle due to the ITC Tax Credit running out at the end of next year. Last year there was over $50B put into Solar Projects. The industry has 200,000 employees and is set to double in size in 2016. Whole Com is slated to be a part of the growth due to relationships, subsidiaries and partnerships throughout the US.

DEVELOPMENT
We focus on developing projects between 50KW & 5MW working to offset electric bills for commercial buildings owners. We have worked on 30+ Commercial projects from 50KW-15MW. We are currently Developing 7 Commercial Solar projects in AR & GA for a total of 15MW worth of projects with Exclusivities, Letters of Intent, Term Sheets & Investor Approvals in place. We also have 4MW worth of project under middle stage development in Mexico. We make 7-15% of the total budget for the Development of each project and have over $750K+ in Development Fees under contract:

CONSULTING
We are working with multiple companies & partners in the Energy Efficiency, Electric, GC & Real Estate businesses to create Solar Departments in their companies. We teach them how the Solar industry works and make long term exclusivity contracts with them for development and financing their future projects. Our main consultant is the 1st Employee of Solar City and have a Utility Scale partner that leads 100MW+ Projects for PG&E in CA. The consulting arm is a way that Whole Com is getting access to leads and incentivizing its partners to close deals from the relationships that they have in place. We are partnering with the Clinton Climate Initiative, Rocky Mountain Institute, Fund Balance, Staley Electric & more to access their channel partnerships and relationships and turn them clients that we co develop and share roles and responsibilities with.

RENEW FI - FINANCE COMPANY - OWNS 51%
Its subsidiary, Renew Fi does Solar Financing & Solar Finance Conferences in the markets that Whole Com works in. It has a group of 10 Investment groups and individuals that invest from $100K-100M in Solar Projects throughout the US. The conferences educates about Tax Credits, helps build new markets and offers opportunities to its network of Investors. We have 2 exclusive finance administration contracts worth over $200K next year coming into Whole Com.
AEI - 2 yr contract to exclusively finance their Solar + EE projects
All Electric Supply - 2 yr contract to finance all of their Solar projects


CDS - AR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - OWNS 51%
Construction Design Services, An Arkansas Construction company that has been around for 6 years renovating homes & into Solar for 1 year. A Team of experienced Solar Installers, Construction Laborers that install Solar jobs. Its owner is also an owner and cofounder of Whole Com. CDS grosses $400K a year & will gross over $1M a year next year due to the volume in the pipeline for residential Solar projects. CDS is also setting up a sales & marketing arm with 3-5 Sales staff to bring in 3 Solar projects per week.
